Contact us
Last updated: August 2, 2026
One address reaches us, and a person reads it: contact@fawnio.com. There is no form on this page and no newsletter box, because we do not collect reader data. What you send us is what we have.
Corrections come first
If something on this site is wrong, that is the message we most want to receive. Our guides are built from primary sources, and prices, plan names and app features move faster than anyone can re-check every page. A reader who tells us a figure has changed is doing the most useful thing possible here.
It helps enormously if you include the page address and, where you can, where the correct information comes from: the company's own pricing page, a support article, an app store listing. We treat the source as the thing to verify, not the claim. When we confirm a correction we change the page, update the date on it, and say what changed if the change is material rather than cosmetic. We do not quietly edit a number and leave the old verification date sitting above it.
Questions about a product
Ask, and we will point you at the part of a guide that answers it, or tell you plainly that we do not know. What we cannot do is make a decision for one particular child. We test and read documentation; we are not clinicians, teachers or child psychologists, and the honest answer to "is this right for my nine year old" almost always depends on things only you can see. Where a question needs a professional, we will say so rather than improvise an answer that sounds confident.
Brands, PR and partnership enquiries
Companies are welcome to write to us, and it is worth knowing in advance what we do and do not accept. We do correct factual errors about your product quickly and without argument. We will read documentation, pricing changes and feature announcements you send.
We do not publish guest posts, sponsored posts or paid placements, we do not sell links or exchange them, and we do not accept payment for a rating, a ranking position or a mention. Editorial decisions are not for sale at any price, which is the only reason a review of ours is worth anything to a reader. We do earn affiliate commissions from some of the brands we cover, and how that works is set out in full on our affiliate disclosure page, including who those brands are. How we reach a verdict in the first place is on our methodology page.
What happens to your message
Your email reaches an inbox we control. We use it to answer you and, if you have reported an error, to check and fix the page. We do not add you to a mailing list, because we do not run one, and we do not pass your address to any of the companies we write about. Our privacy policy covers this in full.
We read every message and aim to reply within a few business days. If your message is a correction and you do not hear back, send it again: an unanswered correction is our failure, not yours.
